LAREINE’s third full album, released the same year as their second full album, \u30d5\u30a3\u30a8\u30eb\u30c6\u306e\u6d77\u3068\u5171\u306b\u6d88\u3086\uff5eTHE LAST OF ROMANCE\uff5e<\/a>.<\/p>\n

MAYU, EMIRU and MACHI left LAREINE in August of 2000, turning LAREINE into KAMIJO’s solo project. This sudden change also made them lose their major record deal with “SME Entertainment”, turning LAREINE independent again, under KAMIJO’s newly-founded “APPLAUSE RECORDS” label.<\/p>\n

Session musicians were hired to play the instruments: Masami Tomotsune and Jimmy Sakurai on guitars and some songwriting, and Takuya Fuji on drums and bass, and sound production. “KAMIJO” is credited as “kamijo” on this release.<\/p>\n

While the composition and melody styles are still true to LAREINE, the instrumentation, arrangement and production are completely different than any other LAREINE releases; A rougher, more Western rock sound. The song “SCREAM” reveals hidden content when played backwards.<\/p>\n

Sadly, this album did not perform very well, and would also mark the end of LAREINE for the next two years.<\/p>\n
