If you are not happy with the product you bought, or don’t want it anymore, you will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

Refunds
If before shipping, Visual Flower Shop detects some issues with your item, your order may get cancelled, you will be notified about it in advance, and you will be refunded.
Every single product you buy is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care to avoid transit/transportation damage as much as possible. Visual Flower Shop is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
If the product has already been shipped, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed.
Product Availability and Limitations
If a product is out of stock when you buy it, even when this is not mentioned on the website, it will get cancelled, you will get notified, and you will get a full refund.

Analog Media
Visual Flower Shop sells a lot of analog media, such as cassette or VHS. These are tested for playability before shipment, but due the nature of these types of product, deterioration over time is possible. Visual Flower Shop is not responsible for the deterioration of analog media over time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
