General Information:
LAREINE’s second major-label single, containing two songs; The title track “Billet～幼き夏の便箋～”, and the masterpiece that is “émeraude～海に魅せられて～” as its B-Side or C/W.
It sold very well, but not as good as “fiançailles“. It reached a top position of 30 on the Oricon Style Weekly Singles Chart.
It released during the height of LAREINE’s popularity, during the “Le vent express” tour.
“Billet～幼き夏の便箋～” got a PV (Music Video), but it is currently unavailable on YouTube since it gets blocked by SME Records.

Rare promotional 8cm CD in small square cardboard case. Came with only one track: “Billet～幼き夏の便箋～”, but an earlier version of the song. It contains more synthesizers and less guitar. I think this released one to two or three months prior to the single.

Second, and much, much rarer promotional 8cm CD. Comes in a clear jewel case with a sticker on it as cover, and a lyrics card inside. On the CD, the final version of “Billet～幼き夏の便箋～” is included, and also “émeraude～海に魅せられて～”, which means it released very close to, or at the same time of the actual single.
